- Highlights: [•] Examined self-reported driving in older adults with clinical cognitive impairment. [•] Participants had mild cognitive impairment (MCI), dementia, or normal cognition. [•] All participants had similar driving status and frequency. [•] MCI and dementia avoided unfamiliar and high-traffic roads more than normal group.
