White papules and atrophic plaques on trunk and extremities.

The article describes the case of a 42-year-old woman who was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus. The patient presented with multiple itchy white papules and atrophic plaques over trunk and extremities. Skin biopsy was done from papule over left flank. Lichen sclerosus is a chronic disease of unknown etiology. It affects genitalia more frequently than non-genital skin.
