This article focuses on the relationship between the concepts in thinking of the meaning of verse in Quoran. According to this, the framework of the concept of verses is examined in four titles, such as; writing verses in the Qur'an, the verses of the universe, the verses about man's inner world and existance of humanbeing and the verses that appeared at the time, now, past and future title scene. The conceptual framework of the concept of verse and related subjects aim to dwell on creating high level mental perspective such as verse literacy, a meaningful life and a deep sense of being a human.
