Abstract: Several letters to the editor are presented in response to articles in previous issues including "Lenalidomide plus dexamethasone for high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma" by M.V. Mateos and colleagues in the August 1, 2013 issue, one on why a therapy is required for myeloma and myeloma patients in Sweden.
