Abstract: This article reports that the Columbus State University Libraries received a donation of solo and duo guitar music from guitar enthusiast Dan Blaylock. The collection consists of 5,439 scores and 623 compact discs which represents composers Joan Carlos Amat, Ned Rorem and Toru Takemitsu. For several years, Blaylock purchased scores and recordings as he traveled the world in his profession as a consultant drilling engineer.
