Abstract
- The article discusses various aspects of the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) system of classifying library books in 2013. It highlights the book "Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's Library" by the author including a scenario highlighting how a hologram of a Bengal tiger should be classified. It describes how the DDC was created by librarian and educator Melvil Dewey. The importance of the DDC system in library management and classification of books is discussed.
