Abstract
- Highlights: [•] Coating with Fe or Al oxides increases the sorption of P by LECA. [•] At pH greater than 6 the sorption by AOCL is more efficient than that by IOCL. [•] The sorption by AOCL is less reversible than that by IOCL. [•] AOCL is not redox sensitive and, thus, superior to IOCL as sorbent in CWs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
