- The article presents U.S. President Barack Obama's Proclamation 9029 which celebrates October 2013 as National Cybersecurity Awareness Month. President Obama highlights the great possibilities cyberspace provides. He urges Americans to continue to invest in the security measures and innovation that will enable them to fully realize those possibilities. Obama encourages Americans to recognize the importance of cybersecurity.
