Working to the breadth of our licence.

In this article the author reflects on the work that rural physicians in Canada do on a regular basis. He suggests that rural physicians work to the breadth of their licenses and do more than urban physicians. He argues that research has shown that cesarean sections which are performed by rural physicians who are not gynecologists or obstetricians lead to good outcomes and are safe.
