Abstract
- The article offers information on prospects of super-absorbent polymers industry in China. It says that SAP are used in medicine desiccants, sanitary napkins, and drying agents, which are products with bright market prospect. It states that by 2012, the total SAP capacity of enterprises in China was 168 karat/acre (kt/a) and the total SAP capacity of multinationals is 200 kt/a. It adds that the personal sanitary sectors are accounted for 92% of SAp total consumption.
