Atrial Fibrillation and Renal Disease.

Co-incidence of atrial fibrillation and renal dysfunction in general population is described in many epidemiological studies. Major issue is optimal anticoagulation in patients with atrial fibrillation and renal disease warranting balance between risks of ischemic stroke and hemorrhages.
