Abstract
- The article presents a study on genetic approaches for the rapid identification of kidney cyst mutations in zebrafish, with information on the process of whole exome sequencing to identify genetic mutations. Topics include the whole exome sequencing (WES) method for the isolation of genetic code; research on the causality of genetic disorders in humans; and genome sequencing for the identification of mutations.
