Examines the status of the National Institutes of Health's (NIH) two-year investigation of AIDS researcher Robert Gallo whose lab is charged with either accidentally taking or stealing a virus, called LAV and used as the basis of Gallo's AIDS blood test, from the Paris-based Pasteur Institute.
