South Korea Rattled by Suicide of Bullied Teen.

The article looks at the public response to the October 2013 suicide of a 15-year-old boy in Gyeongsan, South Korea, who discussed his experiences with physical and verbal bullying in his suicide note and included a list of five fellow high school students as his abusers.
