Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 53-year-old woman who presented to the emergency department complaining of difficulty wearing shoes. The patient was diagnosed with isolated foot drop after acute infarction of the supplementary motor area (SMA). She received clopidogrel as an antiplatelet agent instead of aspirin resulting in improved symptoms.
