Abstract

The article discusses the increased risk of respiratory allergy to gardeners during the autumn due to higher pollen counts and the dissemination of lead mold by raking. Common sources of autumn plant allergens include hay fever, which causes hay fever, sage brush, and grasses. Recommendations for reducing allergies when gardening are offered, such as working outdoors in early mornings or evenings, wearing protective gloves, hats, and masks, and gardening after rain.
