Abstract
- The article focuses on the use of predictive coding by legal technology writers as a solution to the problem of skyrocketing e-discovery costs. It informs that U.S. magistrate judge Andrew Peck resolved disputes between parties which agreed to use predictive coding but disagreed about implementation. Judge Peck declared that that computer-assisted review is an acceptable way to search for relevant electronically stored information in appropriate cases.
