Abstract

Demonstrates that major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecules are involved in determining which peptides occur intracellularly. Normal mouse spleen cells, identical at all genes but MHC class I, express different patterns of peptides derivedfrom cellular non-MHC proteins.
