Abstract

The article discusses several topics which includes development of a monograph, issues of knowledge management and role of virtualization and globalization. It discusses definition of knowledge management as a set of disciplines comprising knowledge engineering tools, problems of financing a generation, the transfer and application of knowledge with public funds as well as generating, transferring and applying knowledge in business organizations and administration.
