Abstract: The general aim of this paper is an experiment of building a taxonomy model of available methods and tools for quality ontology evaluation. The analysis of selected solutions was provided as well. On base of the characteristics of presented methods the taxonomy was built. It was a basis for the author's ontology structure of methods and tools for quality ontology evaluation supporting COTS components selection and evaluation in management information systems domain.
