Creating systems often starts with the modeling of business processes, in order to specify and document the key requirements. Process modeling is the domain of the business analyst, but systems designer prefers object-oriented modeling or serviceoriented to specify an implementation model. Reconciling the two looks in the establishment of information systems is not easy.
