Abstract
- Highlights: [•] The novel tetragonal BaTiO3 with crystal druse and dendrite are prepared. [•] The concentration and adding time of KOH played an important role in the morphology of BaTiO3. [•] The as-prepared BaTiO3 crystal druse and dendrite possess the high tetragonality. [•] The higher the tetragonality is, the stronger the electric-field response is. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
