Abstract: Highlights: [•] A sensitive and reliable LC–MS/MS method for analysis of berbamine in rat plasma is developed for the first time. [•] The LLOQ of this assay was 1ng/mL, which was lower than ever before (750ng/mL). [•] The method was fully validated and successfully applied to a pharmacokinetic study of berbamine in rats.
