Abstract
- The article presents information on the diagnosis of portal hypertensive biliopathy, with reference to a case of a 60-year old man who was presented with a 3-day history of fever, jaundice and upper abdominal pain. Portal hypertensive biliopathy is generally characterized by abnormalities of the biliary tract in patients with portal hypertension.
