Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 45 year old man with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) presented with a slowly enlarging, painless mass on the left side of the nasal vestibule of 1 month's duration. He underwent hepatic lobectomy and chemotherapy for the HCC 3 years before. The mass contained purulent discharge and some granulomatous tissue and the patient received systemic chemoradiotherapy for the metastatic lesions causing the mass to gradually decrease in size.
