Abstract

The article presents a study on the effect of the simplified modified Rankin Scale questionnaire (smRSq) on patients with initial stroke severities. It mentions the use of the telestroke system by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). It also discusses the scoring at the modified Rankin Scale (mRS).
