Abstract

The article presents a study which the identifies copy number variations (CNVs) in multiple sclerosis (MS) pediatric patient. The study uses the Agilent Enzymatic labeling kit and the Agilent Microarray Scanner, to label the samples of genomic DNA and scanned, respectively. Results show that 10 CNVs were determined not overlapping with any CNV regions. It mentions that the singe rare CNV was a private variation holding the spastic ataxia Charlevoix-Saguenay (SACS) gene.
