Abstract
- The article presents a study which characterizes the interaction between TonB and the transporters BtuB, FhuA, and FecA. A combination of fluoresence anisotropy and electromagnetic paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy was used in the study. The construction of the TonB of binds with high affinity to the transporter, which increases the presence of substrate, is discussed.
