Abstract
- Falls are an important measure of nursing quality and patient safety. In this study, a significant difference was found in the mean fall risk scores on the HIIFRM between persons (acute care patients with diagnoses of heart failure, diabetes, and stroke) who fell and those who did not (t = -2.371, p=0.02).
