Managing the Unemployed No More: Renewing Union Adjustment Through Pedagogy of Resistance.

The article presents the author's views on the life of unemployed people who are forced to smile in front of public. According to the author, no one can conceal their pain and fear as their social and economic security keeps on decreasing. He mentions that unemployed people should become more realistic and should be able to accept societal changes. He further discusses concept of neoliberalism which has degraded the personal expectations of workers. He also mentions that various factors contributes towards the political rationality including overproduction, global competition and increasing fuel cost.
