Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 12 year old boy, who was diagnosed with the left tension pneumothorax. It mentions that thoracoscopy was performed for excision of the exostoses bilaterally. It mentions that in a child with hereditary multiple exostoses many bilateral pneumothoraces from multiple rib exostoses to lung, may develop.
