Abstract
- The article focuses on a study that was conducted to investigate the efficacy of endovascular therapy after intravenous tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) versus t-PA alone for stroke. The study randomly assigned patients who had received intravenous t-PA to receive additional endovascular therapy or intravenous t-PA alone. The results of the study showed safety outcomes after intravenous t-PA, as compared with intravenous t-PA alone.
