Abstract: The article reports that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Science Advisory Board (SAB) has created the Hydraulic Fracturing Research Advisory panel. The panel will be composed of independent expert scientists and engineers. The panel will peer review the 2014 draft report of the results of an EPA national study on the possible environmental and health effects of hydraulic fracturing on drinking water resources.
