Abstract

Within an effective field theory we investigate the anisotropy of an antiferromagnetic coupling and the Ne&#180;el temperature in a diluted spin-&lt;f&gt;&lt;NU&gt;7&lt;/NU&gt;/2&lt;/f&gt; Ising model. The bond dilution (&lt;f&gt;p&lt;/f&gt;) effect in the Ne&#180;el temperature is shown in (&lt;f&gt;TN,p)&lt;/f&gt; plane for some selected values of anisotropic parameter &lt;f&gt;αc=Jc/J&lt;/f&gt;. The temperature dependence of the magnetic moment has been studied for some values of &lt;f&gt;p&lt;/f&gt; and &lt;f&gt;αc.&lt;/f&gt; [Copyright &amp;y&amp; Elsevier]
