The anonaceas fruits, among them cherimoya, present high organoleptic qualities, digestive and nutritious values, Annona cherimola Miller species is appreciated too by its medicinal and industrial properties in the national market as international. However, ignorance still exists on their characteristics and potentialities like cultivated plant.
