Abstract

The article presents a population based case-control study of the offspring at a risk of autism spectrum disorder, particularly autism without intellectual disability whose mothers used antidepressants during pregnancy. Conditional logistic regression analysis displaying the relation between maternal depression, antidepressant use during pregnancy, and autism spectrum disorder in offspring (with and without intellectual disability) is also presented.
