AIR FORCE RESERVE GUIDED BY FOUR PRINCIPLES.

The article focuses on four principles given by Lt Gen James Jackson to maintain the combatability of the U.S. Air force Reserves. These principles also fall under the care of the Reserve Officers Association (ROA) of the U.S. Operational readiness and cost affective force at the time of need is an important policy highlighted. The ROA is also working in conjunction with the U.S. Department of Defense to get more funds for maintaining the reserve component and personnel training.
