Los jóvenes son sujetos políticos... a su manera.

This study presents the partial results of research conducted between 2010 and 2011, whose objective was to investigate how youth at a public university are emerging as political subjects. The research had a qualitative design consisting of eight paris. A semi-structured questionnaire, a case study and a reflective exercise called "the human figure," were used with students from the Technological University of Pereira (Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira) in Colombia to help them contribute their ideas as to how they see politics. Three general tendencies were identified: politics as normative action, politics as solidarity and politics as negativity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
