- The article focuses on the British court case Apex Global Management Ltd. v. Fi Call Ltd; Global Torch Ltd.; HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud; Emad Mahmoud Ahmed Abu-Ayshih; HRH Prince Mishal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, which dealt with sovereign immunity under the British State Immunity Act of 1978. Information is provided on why the applications were refused by the court.
