Abstract

The article presents a case study 35-year-old man diagnosed with immature teratoma originating from neurohypophyseal germinoma. It mentions that the three courses of chemotherapy given to the patient consist of etoposide, carboplatin, and ifosfamide. Moreover, the case shows the possibility of histological conversion within germ cell tumour (GCT) which can occur in an extragonadal environment.
