Abstract
- The article presents a study which outlines the role of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in evaluating the heart muscles of athletes. It is inferred that MRI produces highly accurate and reproducible structural and functional cardiac information. The significance of MRI in evaluating myocardial hypertrophy and function is highlighted.
