Abstract

China's airline service is steadily improving, especially on international flights, and major changes are under way in their civil aviation industry. Even so, flying their domestic routes presents a considerable challenge to most Westerners. They are struggling to modernize an antiquated air transport system. The biggest problem seems to be the lack of a reservation system with any degree of efficiency or credibility. Examples; Quality of service.
