This paper explains the proposed changes to the labor law in Mexico, flexible labor relations to promote capitalist accumulation based on increased exploitation of workers in precarious way of hiring - from the definition of some key concepts of political economy, and the way in which capital has shifted from the center to the periphery and how capital has been taking over all spheres of the national economy embodied in transnational companies vying control of the world economy.
