Abstract
- The article presents case studies of two patients with unusual morphologic and immunophenotypic changes observed in a giant-cell tumor (GCT) of bone after treating with denosumab (AMG 162). It discusses the application of positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT). Information about denosumab, a monoclonal antibody, is provided.
