Abstract: Presents research which synthesized zeolite type structures with large cages interconnected by multidimensional 12-ring channels. Over a dozen large-pore materials created in three different topologies; Specific discussion of tetragonal UCSB-8, rhombohedral UCSB-10 and hexagonal UCSB-6.
