Abstract
- The article discusses how U.S. companies could prevent foreign manufacturers from selling copies of domestic products in trade shows. Companies are advised to review the foreign manufacturer's catalogs in order to detect potential infringement prior to the trade show. Once infringing products are identified, companies can file a lawsuit to protect their intellectual property rights. Those who fail to see infringing products before the trade show are suggested to seek injunctive relief.
