Abstract: The article discusses the debt payment plans of a Kabul, Afghanistan refugee camp resident Taj Mohammad, which includes having his 6-year old daughter Naghma Mohammad marry his lender's son. An overview of the social conditions of Kabul's refugee camps as of April 1, 2013, particularly for women and girls, is provided.
