Abstract

Several photographs of cardio-thoracic surgery underwent by an 81-year old man with situs inversus (SI) and dextrocardia, including preoperative chest X-ray, an oblique view of left coronary system showing severe stenosis, and arterial off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB), are presented.
