Deliberative democracy and the information and communication technologies play a central role in the debate about the deepening of our democratic practices. On the one hand, the proposal of Jurgen Habermas and those who share their perspectives are committed to a revitalization of the public space. It is the center of their political model. On the other hand, the emergence of the Internet and the Web 2.0 has motivated a structural change of the public space dominated by mass media. However, is this structural change an opportunity window for the implementation of Haber-mas's deliberative model?
