Abstract
- The article describes the case of a 64-year-old woman who presented with a two-day history of headache, nuchal pain and vomiting. The patient was previously diagnosed with Churg-Strauss syndrome (CSS). It was concluded that the case highlights the need to recognize CSS as a possible cause of a subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
